Royal Cash Registers

DataWest is an Authorized Service Center for Royal Cash Registers.  Royal cash registers are available at most Club Stores, Office Supply Stores and through catalogs.  We provide both warranty and out of warranty service on your Royal cash register.  

WARRANTY REPAIRS

Warranty repairs are performed at our office.  The warranty information is listed in the manual which came with your register.  Most repairs are completed in 48 hours or less, depending upon parts availability.  

If you are not located near our office, you may ship your register to our office for warranty repair (a fee will be charged to ship the machine back to you).  Please include your name, address and telephone number along with a copy of the receipt showing the date the machine was purchased.

OUT OF WARRANTY REPAIRS

Having problems with your register but the warranty has expired?  We provide no charge estimates for out of warranty service at our office.  You have nothing to lose!

If you are located nearby, you may drop off your register during our regular business hours.  One of our technicians, will call you back with an estimate for repair.

If you are not located near our office, you may ship your register to our office for a no charge estimate (a fee will be charged to ship the machine back to you).

We even offer on-site service at your business located in San Diego County.  Please call our office for service call rates and to schedule an appointment.
