Manuals are available for most models of Royal Cash Registers.  If you do
not see your model listed, please let us know by clicking here to email our
Service Department.  Please allow 3 to 4 weeks for delivery of your manual
(Most manuals take about 2 weeks for delivery).  

Manuals are not returnable, so please be certain of the exact model of your
machine.  Because these manuals are a special order item, your credit
card will be charged at the time of the order.  Manuals are provided by
Royal, most times Royal may not have original manuals in stock and a
photocopy will be sent.  DataWest has no control over this.

Most Credit Card companies are requiring a CV2 number in order
to verify that the cardholder actually has possession of the card.  
This is another method to help prevent fraud.  The CV2 number
may be found on the signature strip on the back of your card.  
Typically you will see the last 4 digits of your card number
(sometimes it will be the entire credit card number) followed by a
3 digit number.  That 3 digit number is your CV2 number.
