Placing An Order:
Most pricing on our website is based on internet orders
only. You may also print out and fax the order page to our
office. Sorry we can not accept orders over the phone for
internet priced items.
Sales Tax of 7.75% will be applied to orders shipped to
addresses in California.

Shipping:
At DataWest, we ship only via UPS and require a valid
street address for shipping. UPS will not deliver to a PO
Box address. Pricing does not include shipping charges
unless otherwise indicated. UPS charges, based on
weight and zip code, will be added to your order. Orders
over $100.00 will be shipped with additional UPS
insurance coverage added to your order. UPS will
automatically insure each package up to $100.00.
Please be sure to supply us with correct shipping
information. If we are charged an Address Correction fee
by UPS, we will charge this fee back to your credit card.
UPS will attempt delivery three times. If delivery can not be
accomplished on the third attempt, your package will be
returned to us. Additional shipping fees will be charged to
re-ship your package.
Most in-stock items are shipped within 1 -2 business
days.In some cases, items will be shipped directly from
one of our distributors. Some of our distributors may use
other carriers, including FedEx, Airborne Express and
USPS.
Returns:
Most items are considered to be special order items.
Special order items can not be cancelled or returned once
ordered. Regularly stocked items may be returned subject
to a restocking fee of 20%. Please contact our office for
return authorization. Items eligible for returns must be
shipped pre-paid and insured. Insurance and shipping
charges are non-refundable.
Defective or Damaged Goods:
If you receive a defective or damaged item, you must
contact us within 24 hours of receiving your shipment. After
24 hours, items will be subject to warranty terms (if any).
Customer must keep all packing materials for packages
damaged in shipping, a claim will be made with the
shipping company.
